Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and committed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Lakeland, Florida. This role is ideal for professionals who want flexibility, clinical support, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
Location:
Lakeland, FL (home, school) Responsibilities Conduct assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles. Monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of client progress, including data collection on behavioral interventions. Provide training and support to staff and caregivers in implementing behavior strategies. Advocate for clients' needs within various settings, including schools, homes, and community environments.
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification through the BACB. Experience working with children with ASD and related developmental disabilities. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
