In this vital role, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify client needs and develop effective intervention strategies. Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with client goals and best practices in ABA. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments. Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and ethical standards. Perform patient assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism spectrum disorders or other neurodevelopmental conditions. Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistent implementation of interventions across settings such as home-based or school environments. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality. Qualifications Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experience working with children with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder or neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health, and behavioral intervention techniques. Proven ability to conduct functional assessments, FBA, and diagnostic evaluations effectively. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards related to patient care. Experience working in diverse settings such as home-based programs or schools is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family support.
