Responsibilities Implement personalized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Collect accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Communicate regularly with clients' families and caregivers to provide updates on progress and reinforce strategies for consistency across environments. Ensure safety and client care by adhering to all ethical guidelines, including the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts, while delivering direct behavioral therapy. Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, or autism spectrum disorder is required Hands-on experience in home-based or school-based behavioral therapy environments is required Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and implementing ABA therapy protocols is essential. Demonstrated ability to collect behavioral data accurately and utilize data to guide intervention strategies. Experience working within a multidisciplinary team focused on behavioral health or special education enhances your effectiveness in this role.
