Job Description

The Village ABA is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team at our new Navarre location! In this position, the RBT will provide intensive, one-on-one behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays in language, cognitive, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, self-care, fine motor, gross motor, and communication development. This is a part-time position and we are looking for someone that is able to work in the afternoons and evenings until 6 PM. The RBT is responsible for the direct delivery of the behavioral services to our clients, as well as accurate record-keeping of case notes and excellent communication with supervising BCBA regarding their client's progress and barriers toward skill acquisition and behavior reduction targets. The RBT will maintain a weekly billable caseload of service hours as directed by the Clinical Director. This position requires working with young children with a lot of energy! The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children with a variety of abilities. Candidate must know how to make learning fun! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide direct services in individual and group sessions. Provide services in NET and DTT settings. Assists supervising BCBA with implementing individualized goals and behavior intervention plans. Implements individualized treatment plan for each client as written and directed by BCBA. Collects accurate data and graphs data as instructed. Maintains client dignity and confidentiality for all clients. Maintains and protects the well-being of all clients. Completes and returns session notes and other paperwork on time in accordance with The Village ABA policies and procedures. Manages client PHI in accordance with HIPAA.
Qualifications:
RBT Certification is preferred. Must have an active license and in be in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must be professional, reliable and able to work in a team environment. Must be able to accept and implement feedback from supervisors. Must have excellent written and communication skills.
