Job Description

Golden Care Therapy seeks a BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services for children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings. The BCBA will conduct assessments, design individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans, and oversee implementation by behavior technicians. Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, parent training, and close collaboration with families and schools. You'll join a supportive, mission-driven team that values clinical excellence, offers strong supervision, ongoing training, flexible scheduling, and clear paths for professional growth. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior and skills assessments for children with autism and developmental delays. Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans based on assessment data. Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and feedback to behavior technicians/RBTs. Monitor progress through data collection, analysis, and regular program updates. Collaborate closely with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to support goals. Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization at home and in the community. Document sessions, progress notes, and treatment plan updates in compliance with clinical standards. Participate in clinical meetings, peer reviews, and ongoing professional development. Ensure services follow ethical and professional guidelines for ABA practice. Support a mission-driven, collaborative culture focused on clinical excellence and child outcomes.
