We are a brand-new dental practice on the west side of Orange County in Oakland, just a few minutes from downtown Winter Garden. Not a chain, not corporate. We took this building from an empty shell, and we're building an amazing team one person at a time. This is the dental hygienist role. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients, provide thoughtful and thorough care, and help shape our hygiene program from the beginning. Clayton Little, DMD, Founder Who we are looking for An active Florida dental hygiene license Current CPR certification, or willingness to obtain it before we open At least one year of clinical dental hygiene experience is preferred, although the right new graduate is welcome to apply A thorough clinician who values quality care over simply staying busy A warm, calm communicator who can make patients feel comfortable and respected Someone who can educate patients confidently without lecturing or judging them Comfortable learning new software; experience with Oryx Dental Software is preferred but not required Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital X-rays, intraoral scanning, digital forms, and modern dental technology Organized enough to catch the small things and proactive enough to address them Interested in helping create systems and grow with a new practice Local anesthesia certification is a plus Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus What we offer Competitive pay: $40-46 an hour, depending on experience and fit

Schedule:
