Responsibilities As a BCBA or BCaBA, you will: Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans within your scope of practice. Implement and monitor evidence-based ABA treatment programs. Provide clinical supervision and training to RBTs and other team members, as applicable. Collect, review, and analyze behavioral and skill-acquisition data. Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment recommendations. Provide caregiver and parent training. Collaborate with families, schools, teachers, RBTs, and other members of the treatment team. Participate in team meetings and clinical discussions. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Maintain compliance with insurance requirements, HIPAA, BACB standards, and company policies. Support quality of care and continuity of services for assigned clients. Qualifications Active BCBA or BCaBA certification through the BACB. Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities preferred. Experience with private insurance preferred. Experience with telehealth preferred. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a clinical team. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
