Responsibilities Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques tailored to children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. Conduct intake evaluations and ongoing patient assessments to inform treatment strategies. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care delivery. Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure fidelity of intervention implementation.

Qualifications Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification. Demonstrated experience in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and working with children or individuals with disabilities. Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices, medical terminology, and patient care protocols. Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations, behavioral health assessments, and data collection methods. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families. Ability to work compassionately with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities in diverse settings.
