Job Description

School of ABA is currently hiring multiple Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the Orlando area. We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and motivated RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The position is located in Southwest Orlando (32836), near the Dr.
Phillips / Lake
Buena Vista area . Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in accordance with the client's individualized treatment plan. Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs developed by the supervising BCBA. Collect accurate session data and complete required session documentation. Teach communication, social, daily living, and other functional skills based on each client's treatment goals. Follow behavior intervention and safety protocols consistently. Communicate professionally with BCBAs, caregivers, and other members of the clinical team. Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training. Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements. Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience providing ABA services to children or adolescents preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent client schedule. Comfortable working independently while following BCBA clinical direction. Ability to accurately collect data and complete session documentation.
