Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Square Pegs Behavior Solutions - Panama City, FL Square Pegs Behavior Solutions is hiring a dependable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This position involves working one-on-one with neurodivergent children . The RBT is responsible for following behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA and supporting skill development across home, school, and community environments. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA. Accurately collect and record data during each client session. Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills. Utilize positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies. Maintain detailed session notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and company standards. Collaborate with team members, families, and professionals involved in the child's care. Follow all protocols, policies, and procedures as outlined by Square Pegs Behavior Solutions. Requirements Required you have your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB. We are willing to provide help with obtaining your RBT certification if needed. Experience working with children, particularly neurodivergent children and those with autism and comorbidities. Understanding of ABA principles and behavior management techniques. Ability to manage challenging behaviors professionally and compassionately. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and treatment protocols. Must pass a Level II Background Screening. Must have reliable transportation to travel to assigned client locations. Position Details Direct care role providing 1:1 ABA services. Work locations may include school, home, center-based, or community settings. Schedule is based on client assignments and may vary.
