Position Overview:

As an RBT at Creative Minds ABA Services Inc, you will play a crucial role in implementing ABA interventions designed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address the unique needs of our clients. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with individuals and their families, creating a positive and supportive environment to facilitate skill development, behavioral improvements, and increased independence. The ideal candidate for this role should have: An active Florida Medicaid Number (mandatory) RBT certification (mandatory) A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification A clean background check Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance, with a valid driver's license Prior experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is considered a plus. Implementing therapy and data collection plans as directed by the supervising behavior analyst. Administering effective, evidence-based behavioral treatments. Accurately and objectively collecting data during therapy sessions. Maintaining open and proactive communication with the supervising behavior analyst to address any questions or receive feedback. Collaborating effectively with others and contributing to a team environment by sharing responsibilities and duties.
