• recurring residential work in Parkland Sapphire Home Services is a residential cleaning company in Parkland, FL. We handle the customers, the booking, the scheduling and the payment. We are looking for three experienced independent cleaners and one two-person team to take on residential work in Parkland, Coral Springs and Coconut Creek. What you get
• 55% of every ticket: $118 to $217 per standard clean depending on home size, $206 to $371 on move-in / move-out cleans
• The flat rate for each job shown to you before you accept it
• Paid every Friday, to your own account
• Recurring routes as they build: the same homes, the same days
• No sales, no scheduling, no chasing anyone for payment How it works You are an independent contractor running your own business.

You set your own availability, bring your own supplies and equipment, and you can decline any job. There are no quotas. You are free to keep your own clients and to work with other companies. The hourly figure on this listing is an estimate only; pay is a flat rate per job. What we ask

• Your own supplies, equipment and reliable transport
• At least one year of residential cleaning experience
• A smartphone for job details, checklists and before/after photos
• Two references
• A background check before the first job
• Day-to-day communication in English These are large Parkland homes and the standard is high.

We are new to Parkland and honest about it: work starts as one-time and move-out jobs and builds from there. If you want a company that already has fifty houses, that is not us yet.
