Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this position, you will design, implement, and supervise evidence-based behavioral interventions rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to promote meaningful progress. Your expertise will help improve the lives of clients by conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to families and caregivers. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral psychological assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify client needs and inform intervention strategies Develop, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles for clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure adherence to best practices and ethical standards Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care, facilitate communication, and support client goals Perform intake assessments and participate in diagnostic evaluations for new clients to determine appropriate services Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by managing medical documentation, medical records, and confidential client information accurately Requirements Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential Experience working with children, especially those with autism or other neurodevelopmental disabilities Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and functional assessment methods Proven experience conducting behavioral health assessments, including FBA and diagnostic evaluations Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA privacy standards Home-based behavioral experience is preferred; school experience is highly valued Excellent client communication skills with the ability to engage children with disabilities effectively Ability to work collaboratively in clinical supervision settings while maintaining a positive attitude toward patient care Join us in empowering individuals through innovative behavioral health services! Pay:
$87,049.88 - $104,834.27 per year
