Our qualified RBT must:

- Focused and solution oriented This individual will work directly with individuals receiving ABA Therapy and will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BSBA) or Board Certified Assistant Analyst (BCaBA) to ensure the most effective delivery of ABA programming.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completed the 40-hour RBT training course and successfully passed the
BACB RBT
exam.- Work 1:1 with our clients by providing ABA therapy.
- Collect data as it related to the programming developed by the BCBA.
- Complete daily notes following the conclusion of each session and upload them.
- Maintain open lines of communications with BCBA regarding progress of client.
- Provide ABA therapy in home, school, community and clinic as directed by the BCBA team.
- Flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout the workday.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma (College graduate or college experience preferred).
- Experience working with children between the ages of 2-18.
- Previous work experience with children with developmental disabilities.
- Current RBT Certification (Required).
- Florida Approved Medicaid Provider number (Preferred).
- Good physical health to be able to bend, kneel, crouch, spend time on your feet as well as lift items up to 25lbs.
