We're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to take on ONE 14-year-old Aetna client in Plantation, FL. We're looking for a BCBA who can get started quickly.

ABOUT THE CASE

The client is 14 years old and communicates using a letterboard/keyboard. Approximately 25-30 RBT treatment hours per week are requested. Your billable BCBA hours will be determined by the initial assessment, treatment plan, and services ultimately authorized by Aetna. We're looking for someone who is: Dependable. Responsive. Clinically strong. Family-oriented. Collaborative. You'll work closely with the family, RBT, and school team to support meaningful progress.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Complete the initial assessment and treatment plan Develop and modify clinical protocols Supervise and support the assigned RBT Provide caregiver training and guidance Monitor data, documentation, and client progress Complete Aetna authorization and reauthorization requirements Support the transition from home to school-based services Coordinate with school personnel when appropriate Participate in clinically relevant school meetings when needed Assist with provider paperwork/documentation related to school access Collaborate with the family and the client's support team

COMPENSATION

$70-$75 PER

BILLABLE HOUR

Based on experience Approved, pre-authorized non-billable case coordination and administrative activities — including applicable school coordination, meetings, and related case responsibilities — are also compensated. Specific expectations and compensation for non-billable activities will be discussed during the interview.

This position starts with ONE Aetna client. As ABA Made Easy LLC grows, additional Aetna and private-insurance cases may become available based on your availability and interest. BCBAs may also maintain employment or contracts with other agencies while working with ABA Made Easy LLC.
