You will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and supervising evidence-based behavioral interventions rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Responsibilities Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations. Implement and supervise behavioral intervention strategies aligned with client goals, ensuring adherence to best practices in ABA and special education. Conduct patient assessments and behavioral psychological evaluations to inform treatment adjustments. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and guide decision-making. Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff working directly with clients. Communicate regularly with clients' families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to update on progress and coordinate care plans. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, medical documentation standards, and confidentiality protocols while managing medical records and reports. Requirements Current certification as a BCBA or BCaBA with relevant experience working with children and adolescents. Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder and neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, functional assessment, and behavior intervention techniques. Proven ability to perform behavioral health assessments, conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), and utilize diagnostic tools effectively. Experience working in home-based settings or school environments supporting children with disabilities. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation procedures, and HIPAA compliance standards. Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach towards patient care and family engagement. Ability to manage a flexible caseload across different age groups—adolescents and adults—and adapt strategies accordingly.
