Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) About Us FUN Behavioral Solutions is a compassionate, client-centered ABA provider dedicated to helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes. Position Overview We are seeking motivated and dedicated BCBAs and BCaBAs to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will assess client needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with caregivers, and support the professional development of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The ideal candidate is passionate about making a difference, values teamwork, and is committed to ethical and effective ABA practices. Key Responsibilities BCBA Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other skill-based assessments. Develop, implement, and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans. Analyze client data and modify programming based on progress. Supervise and mentor BCaBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff. Conduct caregiver training and consultations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality client care. Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and payer requirements. BCaBA Responsibilities Assist with assessment activities and treatment plan implementation under BCBA supervision. Provide supervision and support to RBTs as directed by the supervising BCBA. Monitor client progress and collect clinical data. Conduct parent training and skill acquisition sessions when appropriate. Assist with treatment plan updates and progress reporting. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Qualifications BCBA Requirements Active BCBA certification in good standing. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills. BCaBA Requirements Active BCaBA certification in good standing. Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience providing ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience with electronic health records and data collection systems. CPR/First Aid certification. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. What We Offer Competitive compensation.
