Our team provides Regular supervision from experienced BCBA Student Analyst Program with USF-certified BCBA supervisor Opportunities to work alongside student analysts and developing clinician Collaboration with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team Leadership tracks and analyst mentorshi Free in-house CEU Ongoing mentorship and career development opportunities What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in school and home setting Implement individualized behavior plans developed by your supervising BCB Collect and accurately document session data in real-tim Facilitate social, communication, behavioral, and adaptive skill Collaborate with families, educators, and clinicians to drive outcome Support skill generalization across multiple environments Where You'll Work School-Based Services Support students during the school day by implementing behavior intervention plans, promoting classroom participation, and helping students develop communication, social, and adaptive skills. Home-Based Services Provide individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes while partnering with caregivers to promote skill generalization and meaningful progress across daily routines.
