Daytime hours with flexible scheduling based on caseload ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team serving children and families throughout the St. Petersburg area. This position offers the opportunity to provide services across local schools and home settings while working alongside experienced BCBAs who are committed to your success. Whether you're an experienced RBT or beginning your career in ABA, you'll receive consistent supervision, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative, BCBA-owned organization. Clinical Support & Growth Opportunities RBTs at ABA Solutions receive ongoing clinical support designed to help them succeed and grow. Our team provides Regular supervision from experienced BCBA Student Analyst Program with USF-certified BCBA supervisor Opportunities to work alongside student analysts and developing clinician Collaboration with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team Leadership tracks and analyst mentorshi Free in-house CEU Ongoing mentorship and career development opportunities What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in school and home setting Implement individualized behavior plans developed by your supervising BCB Collect and accurately document session data in real-tim Facilitate social, communication, behavioral, and adaptive skill Collaborate with families, educators, and clinicians to drive outcome Support skill generalization across multiple environments Where You'll Work School-Based Services Support students during the school day by implementing behavior intervention plans, promoting classroom participation, and helping students develop communication, social, and adaptive skills. Home-Based Services Provide individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes while partnering with caregivers to promote skill generalization and meaningful progress across daily routines.
