Arise Autism Center is Hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!
Location:
Sanford, FL Schedule:
Full-Time (30-40 hours/week)
Pay Rate:
$20

On-site Overview Arise Autism Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children (ages 0-6) with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will play a key role in helping clients reach meaningful developmental milestones. Responsibilities Implement ABA intervention programs designed by the supervising BCBA Collect accurate and objective data during each therapy session Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living activities Assist with behavior reduction strategies for challenging behaviors Maintain clear communication with BCBAs and clinical staff Complete timely and accurate documentation in line with company policies and HIPAA guidelines Requirements Active RBT certification (required) Active Florida Medicaid Provider ID (required) Reliable transportation Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and engage in physical activity for 6-8 hours/day Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred) Strong observational and data collection skills Excellent communication skills and professionalism Ability to remain patient and composed in high-energy environments Nice to Have Bilingual proficiency Experience with Central Reach Prior experience working with children Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Overtime Pay Opportunities Paid On-the-Job Training Supportive, team-based work environment Ongoing mentorship and supervision from experienced BCBAs Professional development and certification support Registered Behavior Technician Sanford, FL $41,600
