We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic-based team in South Miami. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support children in building functional communication, social skills, and independence. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting. Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA. Accurately collect and record data throughout each session. Promote functional communication, daily living skills, social play, and behavioral regulation. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing supervision. Maintain a supportive and safe learning environment for clients. Communicate professionally with supervisors, colleagues, and caregivers. Qualifications Active RBT certification through Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) — or willingness to obtain prior to start date . Fluent in English High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred. Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is strongly preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and passionate about helping children grow and succeed.
