Job Description
Precision ABA Therapy PLLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team in Florida. As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities. As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) your primary responsibility will be to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA therapy plans as developed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide one-on-one support and assistance to individuals with autism.
- Collect data on behavior and progress to monitor and adjust treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and other team members to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
