In this vital role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your dedication will help clients develop essential skills, improve behaviors, and achieve greater independence. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to support clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Communicate regularly with clients' families and caregivers to provide updates on progress and collaborate on care strategies Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by securely managing medical records and sensitive client information Support clients in various settings, including home-based environments and school settings, ensuring consistency across environments Follow ethical guidelines outlined in the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts to ensure high-quality, respectful care Skills Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and implementing ABA therapy protocols effectively Proficiency in data collection methods related to behavioral health and behavior management strategies Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation, and medical records management for accurate record keeping Excellent client communication skills to foster trust and cooperation during therapy sessions Experience working in school or home-based environments is highly desirable for versatile client support This role is ideal for compassionate individuals eager to grow their career in behavioral health while making a tangible difference.
