If you are passionate about making a real difference in the lives of your clients, then you've come to the right place. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to implement individualized behavior intervention programs for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions, collect data, and assist in the development of behavior support plans.

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans Collect accurate data on client progress and behaviors during therapy sessions Collaborate with the treatment team to modify intervention strategies as needed Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans Maintain professional and ethical standards as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge Complete session notes at the end of each day Must be able to write and speak English fluently A word from
