Duties Implement behavior intervention plans and ABA therapy protocols under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor client progress and inform treatment adjustments Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, toileting, feeding, and other self-care routines Support clients in developing communication, social, academic, and life skills through structured teaching methods Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations Engage in client communication to foster trust and collaboration with families, caregivers, and educational teams Support behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors Requirements Valid Registered Behavior Technician certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or eligibility to obtain certification Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or neurodevelopmental disorders Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and special education strategies Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior intervention plans effectively Strong data collection skills for tracking client progress and maintaining detailed medical records Familiarity with medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and medical documentation standards Prior experience working in home-based settings or school environments is preferred Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients' families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams Join us in creating a positive impact through compassionate care, innovative teaching strategies, and dedicated support.
