• 75 per hour, based on experience Part-time schedule with flexibility Consistent outpatient patient flow Professional, modern clinical environment Supportive administrative and clinical staff Multidisciplinary approach to patient care Opportunity to help grow and shape our Physical Therapy program Potential for additional hours as the program expands No home visits — all patients are treated at our Weston office Convenient Weston location What You'll Do The Physical Therapist will independently evaluate and treat patients while developing individualized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility, decreasing pain, improving function, and helping patients achieve meaningful clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations and reassessments Develop individualized plans of care Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education and other appropriate interventions Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate Educate patients regarding home exercise programs, injury prevention and continued recovery Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate and collaborate with referring and treating providers Maintain excellent patient relationships and provide an exceptional patient experience Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is professional, personable, dependable and genuinely enjoys working with patients.

Requirements:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Current and unrestricted Florida Physical Therapist license Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but we are willing to consider the right candidate with strong clinical skills and the right personality This Position Is Ideal For You If...
