Clinical Duties Conduct assessments (VB‑MAPP, AFLS, FA, etc.) Develop and update treatment plans Oversee RBT implementation of BIPs and skill programs Provide ongoing supervision and coaching Monitor data and adjust programming Collaborate with teachers and school staff (within clear boundaries) Ensure ethical, compliant service delivery Environment School‑based ABA programs Strong collaboration with teachers Clear operational handbook that protects your clinical role No academic teaching responsibilities What You Won't Be Expected to Do We protect BCBAs from burnout and scope creep.
