We are currently hiring dependable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide ABA therapy to clients during our afternoon session. This position is ideal for an RBT looking for consistent part-time afternoon hours and the opportunity to work directly with children receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. Schedule Monday-Friday 3:00 PM-6:00 PM Approximately 15 hours per week Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy according to each client's treatment plan Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs Collect accurate session data Follow BCBA and Student Analyst clinical recommendations Maintain professional communication with the clinical team Complete session documentation accurately and on time Maintain consistent and dependable attendance Qualifications Active RBT certification preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Reliable transportation Ability to maintain a consistent Monday-Friday afternoon schedule Must successfully complete all required background and onboarding requirements What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, patient, energetic, professional, and committed to providing consistent services to their assigned client.
