Conyers, GA 30013 (In-person) Overview Comprehensive Family Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavioral Therapist to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and, in some cases, adults with developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for candidates who are available to work afternoon and evening hours, specifically between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM, including weekends . Why Work With Us?

$30•32/hour Flexible scheduling with afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts Consistent hours available between 12:00 PM•8:00 PM Professional development support Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive, team-oriented environment Modern office setting Occasional meals/food provided Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinical setting Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Support skill-building in communication, behavior regulation, and daily living Work with children and some adult clients with developmental disabilities Accurately collect and record session data Monitor client progress and report updates to supervising BCBA Collaborate with clinical team to ensure quality care Provide caregiver support and guidance when appropriate Qualifications RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral intervention strategies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow treatment plans and work under BCBA supervision Reliable, professional, and compassionate demeanor
Schedule Primary Availability Required:
