We offer in-home, school-based, and clinic-based ABA therapy for individuals on the autism spectrum.

Position Summary We're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team in the Cumming , GA area. You'll work closely with families, RBTs, and school staff to create and implement effective, ethical behavior plans. ($10,000 SIGN
ON BONUS
) Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and clinical team members Deliver parent training using structured curriculums Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our electronic records system Collaborate regularly with the Clinical Support Director and BCBA team Maintain compliance with BACB ethical guidelines Provide services in-home, in schools, and in the community Local travel only Requirements Master's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Must pass background check and reference screening Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills Preferred Experience 1+ years working as a BCBA Experience with school consultations or in-home ABA Supervisory experience with RBTs or trainees
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
