• RBT•Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)•Comer, GA Soliant Education is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based position in Comer, Georgia.

8:00 AM

• 3:00 PM 35 hours per week

Caseload:

1:1 support with a student who exhibits behavioral challenges

Setting:

GNETS classroom

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support throughout the school day. Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies established by the student's educational and behavioral team. Support the student with behavioral regulation, classroom participation, and daily routines. Utilize appropriate de-escalation and crisis-prevention strategies when necessary. Collect and document behavioral data to monitor student progress. Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, special education staff, and other members of the school team.

Preferred Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential. Strong behavioral expertise and experience working with students with significant behavioral needs. Experience supporting students who may display aggressive or challenging behaviors. Experience with de-escalation, behavior management, and crisis intervention strongly preferred. Previous school-based or GNETS experience is a plus. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.
