3:00pm - 6:00pm for Monday-Friday In Clinic Setting We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As an RBT, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your role is vital in delivering personalized care plans that promote skill development, independence, and improved quality of life. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Collect, record, and analyze data on client behaviors and progress to inform ongoing treatment strategies Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting, fostering independence Support clients during educational activities, including teaching new skills aligned with special education goals Maintain accurate medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with team members to develop and modify behavior management strategies tailored to each client's needs Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages client engagement and progress toward behavioral goals Requirements Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT); prior experience working with children or individuals with autism is preferred Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavior management strategies Experience assisting with ADLs and implementing teaching methods within a behavioral health or special education setting Strong data collection skills to track client progress accurately and efficiently Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation practices related to patient care Compassionate attitude with a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a patient-centered manner Join our team to help empower individuals through compassionate care and innovative behavioral strategies!
