As a Staffing Specialist, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs while ensuring exceptional customer service, workplace safety, and compliance with employment regulations. Benefits Package Competitive Compensation Package Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Holidays (11) Paid Vacation Great Work Environment Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Care Partners Program Health Club Reimbursement Program Additional Supplemental Benefit Programs 401(k) Salary Continuation Educational Reimbursement FMLA Available After 12 Months of Service Shift Information Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional nights and weekends may be required based on business needs Career Path Staffing Supervisor Associate Relations Specialist Associate Relations Leader Corporate Support Functions Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification 1-3 years of human resources or recruiting experience Root cause analysis training General Requirements Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and client relationship management abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to staffing needs with urgency Demonstrated ethical conduct, professionalism, and personal accountability Ability to collaborate effectively with branch personnel, corporate support teams, and client leadership Knowledge of recruitment processes, employee relations, and employment compliance practices Ability to supervise MAU associates and administrative support personnel as assigned Essential Functions Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, assessing, hiring, and onboarding qualified candidates for client assignments Receive, process, and analyze customer work orders to identify staffing requirements and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates Maintain a consistent applicant pipeline through job advertisements, recruiting partnerships, and candidate sourcing strategies Analyze weekly and monthly recruitment source reports to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement Conduct new-hire orientations and onboarding sessions according to client-specific requirements and company standards Develop and update orientation materials for new and existing clients Administer candidate assessments and employment screenings as required by clients Hire, supervise, counsel, evaluate, and discipline assigned employees, recommending employment status changes when appropriate Implement and administer company policies, procedures, and employment practices Maintain regular communication with customers to review staffing orders, resolve concerns, and support workforce planning Establish and maintain candidate Kanban pools to ensure rapid fulfillment of client staffing requests Conduct scheduled client-site visits to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service quality Establish new employee pay rates and client billing rates with management approval Process employee merit increases, tenure adjustments, and incentive compensation changes Prepare and submit customer billing documentation accurately and on time Collaborate with clients to investigate and resolve outstanding invoices and payment concerns Coordinate workplace injury cases, including accident investigations, injury reports, and workers' compensation documentation Participate in unemployment and workers' compensation hearings as required Promote safe working environments, employment law compliance, and consistent workforce management practices Work Environment and Physical Demands Work primarily in a professional office environment using standard office equipment, including computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, and filing systems Occasionally visit customer locations, including administrative offices and manufacturing facilities Work in environments that may contain industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, and powered industrial vehicles Adapt to varying workplace conditions, including non-temperature-controlled facilities and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) cleanroom environments Physical Requirements Ability to lift 5-20 pounds periodically and up to 50 pounds occasionally Ability to stand or walk for up to 4 hours Ability to climb stairs multiple times throughout the workday Ability to sit for up to 4 hours Travel Limited travel required Ability to travel overnight preferred MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
