Job Description

Heartlinks ABA GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities in home, clinic, school, or community settings. The RBT will deliver 1:1 sessions under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized treatment plans, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills, and following behavior intervention strategies. Responsibilities include accurate data collection, professional documentation, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and active participation in training and supervision in a mission-driven, growth-focused environment. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans Collect, record, and report accurate session data and progress notes Follow behavior reduction strategies and reinforcement procedures safely Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team on client goals and programming Communicate professionally with families and caregivers as directed Maintain client safety and adhere to ethical and confidentiality standards Participate in required trainings, supervision, and team meetings Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Behavior data collection and graphing Implementation of treatment plans Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Natural Environment Teaching (NET) Behavior intervention strategies Use of electronic health record or data systems Professional documentation and session notes Basic crisis prevention/de-escalation Collaboration with BCBAs and clinical teams
