Job Description
Heartlinks ABA GA seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities. Working Monday-Friday, 4:30-6:30 p.m., you will deliver 1:1 sessions in home, clinic, school, or community settings, implementing treatment and behavior plans designed by a BCBA. Responsibilities include accurate data collection, detailed documentation, and consistent use of evidence-based strategies. You will collaborate closely with BCBAs and families in a compassionate, mission-driven environment that emphasizes teamwork, training, and professional growth while making a meaningful impact on children's lives. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism following BCBA treatment plans. Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs consistently. Collect accurate session data and maintain detailed clinical documentation. Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies to support goals. Communicate session progress to supervising BCBAs and caregivers. Maintain client safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times. Participate in training, supervision, and performance feedback sessions. Travel to and work in home, clinic, school, or community settings as assigned. Follow organizational policies, ethical guidelines, and ABA best practices. Support a collaborative, mission-driven team culture focused on outcomes.
