ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician Location:
Griffin, Georgia Session Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9:00AM-12:00PM Spanish speaking preferred, not required Sign on
Bonus:
$500 after 90 days of employment
Job Description:
At Children Making Strides, we are committed to providing exceptional ABA therapy services to children with autism and their families. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission.
Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavioral Therapists for children with autism, aged 2-9, in home, daycare and center-based settings. As an ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician, you will provide ABA therapy services to children, creating engaging and fun learning experiences, and drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
Responsibilities:
Provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals. Help children build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs. Work alongside like-minded individuals to create best outcomes and impacts. Create engaging and fun learning experiences. Foster a supportive and caring environment. Bring smiles and progress to young faces!

Who We're Looking For:
Positive, patient, and creative individuals. A heart full of empathy and dedication. A passion for helping children shine! Bachelor's or Associates degree in a related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children) preferred but not required. Must have a valid driver's license, a registered vehicle and active car insurance.
Physical Requirements:
Maintain close, continuous proximity to clients throughout sessions. Respond quickly to elopement attempts and behavioral crises, including physical intervention when necessary. Perform prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and floor-level work. Provide continuous, uninterrupted supervision of clients throughout scheduled sessions.
