Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and responses accurately to inform treatment adjustments Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting, promoting independence Support clients in social skills development, communication, and behavior management strategies during therapy sessions Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ensure proper medical documentation practices Collaborate with team members to develop, review, and update care plans tailored to each individual's needs Foster a positive, patient-centered environment that encourages growth, learning, and emotional well-being Qualifications Prior experience or training in behavioral therapy, working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for all new team members Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and data collection methods Passion for working with children or individuals with autism and a commitment to making a difference in their lives Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards related to behavioral health services Ability to follow detailed instructions and effectively implement treatment plans in a patient care setting Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain certification upon hire is required; ongoing professional development is encouraged Join us to be part of an inspiring mission that transforms lives through compassionate care and innovative behavioral interventions.
