Job Description
About Us Georgia Regional Behavioral Services is a growing ABA provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based services to children and families. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and flexible Administrative Floater who enjoys both administrative work and providing direct client care. This position is perfect for an experienced RBT who is interested in learning the administrative side of an ABA practice while continuing to work with clients when needed. Position Summary The Administrative Floater is a cross-functional team member responsible for assisting multiple departments with daily administrative operations while providing direct ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to ensure uninterrupted client services when staffing needs arise. This role plays a critical part in supporting scheduling, intake, human resources, billing, and center operations while maintaining continuity of care for our clients. Primary Administrative Responsibilities Assist with scheduling therapists and client appointments. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Respond to emails and communicate with caregivers and providers. Complete data entry in CentralReach and other company systems. Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic client records. Assist with onboarding new employees and clients. Verify documentation for accuracy and completeness. Support insurance authorization tracking. Monitor employee training completion. Assist with office organization and administrative projects. Help maintain office and therapy materials. Provide support to HR, Billing, Scheduling, and Clinical departments as assigned. Complete special projects and administrative tasks as needed. Clinical Responsibilities (RBT) When needed, the Administrative Floater will: Substitute for unavailable RBTs in the center. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA. Collect accurate session data. Maintain client safety at all times. Follow behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members. Complete session notes before the end of each workday. Maintain RBT certification and required training.
