Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Supervisor

Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Supervisor to lead behavioral therapy services for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. In this role, you will oversee clinical operations, supervise behavior technicians, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes through comprehensive patient assessments, data-driven treatment plans, and collaborative care approaches. Duties Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and junior staff to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and ethical standards Conduct detailed intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations for new clients, utilizing medical terminology and medical records review Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track client progress and modify treatment strategies accordingly Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including special education professionals, medical providers, and family members to coordinate patient care Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical documentation and secure handling of medical records Lead training sessions on behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, and best practices in working with children and individuals with disabilities Qualifications Georgia License & Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current certification status Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health principles, and diagnostic evaluation processes Excellent skills in patient assessment, data collection, and medical documentation procedures Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and best practices for maintaining confidentiality of medical records Ability to work effectively in a team environment while providing patient care with compassion and professionalism Prior supervisory experience is preferred but not required; leadership qualities are essential for guiding staff and ensuring quality service delivery Join our team to empower individuals through innovative behavioral health solutions! Pay:
$60.00 - $62.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
