We serve individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities across a range of ages and support needs in both clinic and school-based settings. Clinical leadership here is present and working, not managing from a distance or behind a screen. Our BCBAs develop as both practitioners and clinical leaders. We run a graduate student analyst program for those pursing certification and post certification mentorship for first year BCBAs, which means structured support is built into the role. We are a small, intentional team that prioritizes quality outcomes over census numbers. The Role This is a full-time, clinic-based BCBA position at our Roswell location. You will carry an active caseload, deliver direct BCBA services, supervise RBTs, and mentor graduate student analysts working toward certification. This role requires consistent on-site presence and is not compatible with hybrid or remote supervision arrangements. BCBAs at Autismness carry a caseload requiring 25 to 28 billable hours per week. Salary is fixed and does not fluctuate with billing performance. You are compensated to practice well, not to chase hours. Clinical decisions belong to the clinician managing the case. Senior clinical leadership works alongside you and is available for genuine peer consultation on complex cases, not just administrative sign-off. A dedicated administrative team manages scheduling, authorizations, and billing so your time stays where it belongs, on clinical work. Our RBTs arrive prepared. Every technician completes a comprehensive, hands-on competency-based onboarding beyond the standard 40-hour training requirement. You are supervising staff who have already demonstrated foundational skills before stepping into a session. What You'll Do Conduct skills assessments and functional behavior assessments appropriate to client profile and treatment goals Design, monitor, and revise individualized treatment plans based on ongoing data review Deliver direct BCBA service hours as required by authorization and clinical need Provide caregiver training with meaningful, measurable goals Maintain accurate, timely documentation across all client records Collaborate with families, school teams, and other providers when clinically indicated Provide structured, documented supervision to assigned RBTs consistent with BACB standards Observe session implementation directly and deliver specific performance feedback Identify and address RBT skill gaps proactively Participate in clinical team meetings, Grand Rounds, and peer consultation Maintain BCBA certification and LBA licensure in good standing What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Active Georgia LBA license, or eligibility and intent to obtain prior to start date Minimum one year of post-certification clinical experience in ABA services Demonstrated experience providing and documenting BACB-compliant supervision to RBTs Solid functional assessment skills and comfort designing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming across diverse client profiles Strong documentation habits, accurate, timely, and clinician-owned Clear, direct communicator who coaches staff and families in ways that produce measurable change Team player with a positive attitude Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to sit, stand, and move (walk and run) throughout the clinic environment for extended periods. BCBAs must be able to bend, kneel, and position themselves at floor level during sessions. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Staff will work in proximity to clients who may engage in challenging behavior including aggression, self-injury, or elopement, and must be able to respond physically in accordance with established safety protocols.
