About us Advance Behavior Support is a tech-forward provider of in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy. Our Mission is to provide highly personalized care in an environment most suited to help children with their unique needs. We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team and provide behavioral support to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior plans, conducting assessments, and providing consultation to families and caregivers. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement behavior-analytic treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Provide direct clinical services to clients. Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions. Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed. Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans. Provide training and consultation to families, teachers, and other professionals. Maintain accurate records of client progress.
