At Wisteria Psychological and Behavioral Services we are committed to providing individualized care to our clients to help them and their families achieve their goals and improve their lives. We strive to provide care to under-served demographics and communities in the greater metropolitan Atlanta area. Our BCBA-D Clinical Director has extensive experience working with children and adolescents with severe challenging behavior across school, home, community, and hospital settings. At our clinic, we not only work to reduce challenging behavior and improve adaptive functioning but also specialize in addressing the barriers impeding our clients' success.
Position Summary:
At Wisteria, being a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) means dedicating your time to making a difference and having a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. You will work alongside our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement specialized treatment plans and provide in home services.
Pay:
$24-$28 per hour based on experience Responsibilities Provide 1:1 therapy to children Implement Assessments and Treatment Protocols under the supervision of BCBA-D Skill Acquisition Programming Toilet Training Functional Behavioral Assessments Individualized Treatment plans Collect data and assist in analyzing it Creating graphs with data to track treatment progress Work with caregivers to train them on individual's treatment plan Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods Licensed driver with reliable transportation Willingness to travel to client home in Covington, GA or Conyers, GA Qualifications At least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent RBT certified Prior experience as an RBT Benefits Gaining hands on clinical experience Work closely with an experienced BCBA-D Work Life Balance Atmosphere Career Development - grow with the company!
