Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinic setting Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills Collect accurate data and document client progress Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow clinical team members Help maintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapy environment Build positive relationships with children and their families Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development What we expect from you: High School Diploma or GED Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification a plus Active registration with the BACB Experience working with children preferred ABA experience preferred but not required Schedule Options Full-Time - 35-40 hours per week Part-Time - 10-20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available Build Your Future with Total Care ABA At Total Care ABA, you're more than an employee—you're part of a compassionate team dedicated to helping children reach their full potential while supporting your own professional growth.
