We're dedicated to improving the quality of life for our families and their children, and we're seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Union City, GA. About the
Role:
As an RBT, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that supports their growth, independence, and everyday skills. You will follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA and help bring those plans to life through structured, hands-on therapy sessions. This includes supporting skill development, helping reduce challenging behaviors, and encouraging positive daily routines.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services to children with autism Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA Support skill development, reduce challenging behaviors, and encourage positive daily routines Track progress through accurate data collection Stay connected with your clinical team to ensure each child is receiving consistent, high-quality support
