]- We are currently offering 15 hours for in-home RBT services
Schedule:
MondayFriday:
3:00 pm- 7:00 pm
Location:
Woodstock Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Assist clients in developing essential skills through structured activities and positive reinforcement. Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques to promote skill development. Maintain accurate records of client progress and behavior data. Collaborate with team members to develop effective care plans tailored to each client's needs. Utilize medical terminology when documenting client interactions and progress. Provide patient care with empathy, ensuring the comfort and safety of clients during sessions. Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in applied behavior analysis. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Registered Behavior Technician is required. Reliable transportation, as we are currently providing services in the home setting which varies per client. Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or in a behavioral health setting is preferred. Knowledge of behavioral therapy, behavior management techniques, and applied behavior analysis principles. Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and collaborate with team members. Ability to assist clients physically when necessary while maintaining their dignity and respect. Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health is an asset. A compassionate approach towards working with individuals with diverse needs.
