Job Description

Hilo, HI Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA. Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming. Collect, analyze, and graph client data to monitor treatment progress. Assist with functional behavior assessments and treatment plan implementation. Provide caregiver training under BCBA supervision. Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as appropriate. Conduct competency assessments and provide performance feedback to RBTs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, physicians, educators, and caregivers. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code and organizational policies. Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development. Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board® (BACB®) Must obtain Hawai'i state license in behavior analysis prior to start date Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references Excellent communication and organizational skills; including the use of technology Ability to work independently as well as on a team Interest in professional development and advancement Solid communication skills
