As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll build meaningful connections with children and help them develop life-changing skills every single day. RBTs are certified and trained professionals who provide one-on-one support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA): an evidence-based approach that helps children improve communication, social, and daily living skills through positive reinforcement and structured teaching. Have at least a high school diploma or GED Can pass background screening Ability to attend 4-5 weeks of training in our Mililani clinic to obtain the RBT Certification This role requires frequent movement, including sitting on the floor, standing, bending, and responding quickly to client needs. Candidates must be able to lift or assist clients and equipment up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
