As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. You will work directly under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans and support clients in achieving their goals.

IBT is an ABA clinic in Adel founded to help children access therapy they greatly deserve in rural Iowa. Our mission is to provide evidence based strategies to improve quality outcomes for children with Autism. We hope to teach our clients the skills they (and their families) value in order to increase their access to community, school, and home related activities while building independence to enhance their future! We implement behavior analytic strategies with a trauma assumed approach--making bringing joy to our learners a first priority!

Job Responsibilities:

Planning for and providing targeted therapy for a variety of children on your caseload based upon treatment protocols from your supervising BCBA Prepares and gathers instructional materials Provide direct services Collect ongoing data to assist in monitoring client progress Working closely with the BCBA to implement individualized programs for each child Conduct behavior-analytic assessments with BCBAs, which are needed for skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs Writing progress summaries Assist in creating a clean, welcoming environment for children and their parents

Job Requirements:

Experience working with children with varying needs Willingness to complete necessary credentials with assistance from your supervising BCBA Self-driven disposition with the desire to learn and ask questions "Team" approach to meeting client and clinic needs Successful completion of Mandatory Reporter, CPR and First Aid training within 30 days of employment
