Qualifications and Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required Completion of a minimum 40-hour RBT certification course Previous experience working with children in school or similar settings is strongly preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educational teams Organized, reliable, and passionate about supporting student growth

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to students as outlined in individualized programs Implement behavior intervention plans under the ongoing guidance of a BCBA Gather, document, and report on behavioral data to track progress Provide one-on-one or small group support to foster student independence and positive behaviors Work closely with teachers, specialists, and school staff to integrate behavioral strategies into the classroom Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines for practice This role offers a unique chance to further your professional development while building strong relationships with students and staff throughout the school year.
