Position:

Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) & Behavior Technician (BT)

Responsibilities Direct Support :

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Data Collection :

Accurately collect and record data on student progress and behavior.

Collaboration :

Work closely with other team members, including teachers and therapists, to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.

Communication :

Engage with students and their families to provide updates and insights on progress.

Training :

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in behavior analysis.

Qualifications For RBT :

Must have a current RBT certification.

For BT :

Experience in behavior support or related fields is preferred.

Education :

High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields is a plus.

Skills :

Strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping students succeed. Work Schedule Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Part-time position with potential for growth.
