Qualifications and Experience:
Active RBT credential required Completion of a 40-hour RBT training course, with current certification Previous experience in school or pediatric settings highly valued Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work full-time for the duration of the school year Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to varying classroom environments
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct behavior-analytic services to students under BCBA supervision Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect data regularly Collaborate with instructional staff, families, and the BCBA to support student progress Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs Participate in meetings and training sessions as needed Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and professional guidelines This contract opportunity allows you to build relationships with students and educators, ensuring continuity of care and the satisfaction of seeing measurable growth across the school year.
